Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us after notifying us of your cancellation.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
